Design

The first consultation is held at our showroom; we will talk about your ideas and requirements, preferred design and materials, location, and build timeframe. According to your budget, we will advise you on costs associated with different solutions.

All decisions are made during this stage, from the metal profile for the cladding to the kitchen setup. You are more than welcome to bring with you your favorite design magazine and Pinterest board for inspiration.
To join this meeting, you will be required to pay upfront a non-refundable fee of $450; it will be deducted from the last payment, before delivering your cabin.
Does it seem not right for you? Going through prices and making contact with our contractors to finalize your personalized quote, requires time, skills, and effort. Time is precious for everyone and we require it to be respected.

Once you accept the quote, a 50% of deposit is required to secure all your materials.
Also, an ‘Agreement for Sale and Purchase’ needs to be signed by both parties.
Build

Exciting time! The materials have arrived on site and the building process begins.

You are welcome to visit our shed and have a look at your cabin being built. We also organize videocall and email to keep you updated during this stage.

A 40% progress payment is required at the stage your cabin or tiny house is fully enclosed.
Delivery

You will have to organize transportation to the site. However, we do have some awesome HIAB companies we deal with which will make this process as smooth as possible.

The remaining 10% of your quoted price, must be paid in full prior to your cabin leaving our workshop
